Something doesn’t have to be wrong for things to be better.

Holistic Therapy

& Coaching

For the past decade, working on an individual basis has been the highlight of my professional life.

The truth is, it has always been hard to find the right title for 1:1 sessions. To some it is therapy, others coaching or perhaps teaching.

This matters, as it means we are able to meet each person in the way they need - regardless of category or description.

I draw from my studies and training in psychology + psychotherapy, yoga + zen as well as my experience as an elite athlete in a process that is unique and specific to the individual.

We use a framework that has been honed by working with hundreds of people to address three fundamental elements of wellbeing:

  • Individual

  • Relational

  • Spiritual

Although we all have different experiences, dreams and circumstances that require tailored focuses, everything we need to thrive can be found within these three categories.

Understanding who we are, what we want and what is blocking us from achieving it is foundational to living a life we are not only engaged with, but proud of.

Sometimes we need someone who has the training and ability to listen, without judgement or biases, and offer insights we can’t quite see on our own.

Having experienced this myself, I know how powerful it can be.

Life is sticky and arduous and seeking support can be the most empowering way to live the life we know we are capable of.

Increasing our self-awareness, and as a result deepening our relationship with ourselves and the world, is the most effective way of enacting powerful and lasting change.

Wanting to work with someone doesn’t mean something has to be broken or WRONG.

It can simply be born from the desire for things to be better than they are.

This is why working 1-1 with a skilled, experienced individual can be life-changing.

  • Each session is an hour conducted via Zoom. Our areas of focus will be entirely dictated by what you need, discussed in our Free Intro Call and gleaned from the pre-session questionnaire.

    Common areas of focus are:

    Time/energy/stress/relationship management

    • Future planning and goal setting

    • Remembering a sense of purpose

    • Difficulty with mood, anxiety and motivation

    • Lifestyle and health choices

    • Habit formation

    • General wellbeing

    • A strong sense of and relationship with self

  • I’ve been working in the wellness industry for a decade.

After beginning as a yoga, meditation and philosophy teacher, I completed a Postgraduate Degree in Psychology to compliment my learnings and experience with a more formal understanding.

I have worked with dozens of clients from an arrange of backgrounds and for a myriad of reasons.

This work has also taken me to run immersions and retreats across three continents, as well as regular workshops on holistic wellbeing in workplaces in Melbourne.

  • My belief, and experience, is we are all looking for three things in our lives - joy, meaning and freedom.

Through our sessions, you will not only believe you are worthy of them, but know they are yours to choose and live.

The key to this sort of work is that it addresses all parts of who we are. It doesn’t separate the mind from your body or your mood from your sense of purpose. It is grounded in the knowledge that we are complete, if at times disconnected, beings and focuses on weaving these previously disparate parts of ourselves back together.

Whether there is a block you aren’t able to overcome, a repetitive cycle you can’t seem to step out from or you simply recognise there is more to you and life than you can currently access, we use a variety of tried and tested techniques and mechanisms to move you towards a fuller experience.

This is living, materially and spiritually. This is realising your inherent potential.
