THERAPEUTIC COACHING

People find their way here for all kinds of reasons.

Some are in the middle of something hard — a crisis, a loss, a moment where life has demanded more than they feel able to give.

Others are functioning well on the surface but privately know something isn't right.

And some simply sense there's more available to them than they're currently accessing.

Whatever brought you here — and however describe it — there is space and support for you in this work.

You might be here because you:

  • Feel like you're going through the motions but can't quite name why

  • Can see a pattern you keep repeating and can't seem to step out of alone

  • Are functioning well on the outside but quietly exhausted underneath

  • Know what you care about but aren't living by it

  • Sense there's more — and are ready to do something about it

  • Have tried other approaches and felt something deeper remain untouched

  • Are at a turning point and want honest, grounded support to move through it

Whatever brought you here is exactly where we begin.

This work sits at a specific intersection — psychology and psychotherapy, yoga and zen philosophy — not as separate tools, but as a single practice shaped entirely around the person in front of me.

Most approaches to change address one part of who you are. This one works across three simultaneously.

How you feel and function — your energy, mood, stress, habits and daily foundations - the foundation of our wellbeing.

How you connect and relate — your relationships, communication and how you show up with others. Where you give too much, hold back, or lose yourself.

How you find meaning and direction — your values, identity and the bigger questions underneath the everyday ones.

I call this the Coherence framework. You can't separate your mood from your relationships, or your relationships from your sense of purpose. You are a whole person — and that's how we work.

Once that foundation is clear, the work moves forward. Getting clear on where you're going. The kind of person who actually gets there. And the daily structure that makes the walk possible.

Sessions are one hour via Zoom. What we focus on is shaped by you — through an intake questionnaire and a free discovery call before we begin.

Your life is there to be loved. Take your next step towards freedom and joy.

FAQ’s

  • Book a free 20-minute discovery call. No pressure, no commitment — just a conversation to see if this is the right fit.

If it is, you'll complete a short intake questionnaire and we'll schedule your first session.

  • Sessions last an hour and are $170.

I do offer $150 per 45 minute session in some cases.

There are also options to save buy purchasing packs of 6.

  • Generally, it is one of specific focus and training.

As I am currently completing a Masters of Psychotherapy, I don’t use the term ‘therapist’ yet, even though it is not a protected title in Australia (meaning anyone can claim to be a therapist).

Coaching is also unprotected and can be claimed by anyone - whether they have any training, experience or expertise.

Psychologist is a protected term, and requires a minimum Masters Degree, clinically observed hours and accreditation with a professional body. It is also claimable via Medicare.

I have studied both Psychology (Postgraduate degree) and Psychotherapy (currently completing Masters degree).

You can read more about my specific training and qualifications HERE.

  • That depends on what you're working on.

Some people find significant clarity within a handful of sessions.

Others choose to work together over many months. There's no minimum commitment to begin — we figure it out together as we go.

I do however suggest a period of 6 sessions to assess whether you are seeing benefit.

  • Absolutely.

I've worked with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, PTSD, physical disabilities and a range of other experiences.

The environment I work to create is honest, safe and calibrated entirely to you.

If you're unsure whether this is the right kind of support, reach out and we can talk it through honestly.

  • It depends on what you have tried.

Many approaches address one dimension of who you are or focus on processing past experiences.

This work addresses all dimensions of your experience and connects them to a clear sense of where you're going.

There's no formula you're put through. The work is shaped entirely around you.

  • Again it depends.

At the start, I suggest weekly is most effective — at least for the first three weeks.

Some people move to fortnightly as the work progresses, and eventually to every month or six weeks.

We discuss this together based on what's most useful for your circumstances, budget and needs.
